The Manhattan house, built in 1950, consists of residential towers taking up an entire city block. It is know for its mid century modernist architecture. Home to many notable Tenants on the Upper East Side in Manhattan. 

This project consisted of increasing the size of the center from 2000 sq ft. to 5000 sq ft. The impressive design of the project included coordination of numerous specialty vendors and subcontractors. Renovations were completed to the flooring, finished, lighting fixtures and signage in the lounge, equipment room and restrooms.
