D’Agostino is a two story building used for office space. The project began by removing the old brick facade, windows, trim work, fypon crown and damaged siding. The new exterior was insulated with Zipboard followed by a pre-colored cement Hardie plank.

Along with the buildings exterior, major work was done to the landscape. A new Staircase leading into the front of the building was constructed to replace older one. The existing carpark was given new asphalt and re-striped. Surrounding the building, all plant material was removed and a new irrigation system and foliage was installed. Lastly a newly constructed Garbage corral was installed on the outskirts of the premises.
