Warehouse & Delivery

Our building located in West Mount Vernon is a prime example of ample and robust architecture that gives recognition to the city for its historical architectural brilliance. Built in 1907 and once owned by the Fire Department of Mount Vernon, the 3 story building provides us with the ability to house our Offices, Warehouse, Storage & Delivery facilities.

Our office spaces houses our entire Estimating, Project Management, Accounting and Board of Directing teams. Newly renovated, the space is equipped with state of the art equipment and facilities that allow us to work most efficiently. Our Warehousing is carried out on four floors to maximize storage space to house both our organized equipment and our clients installations ready for delivery. Our elevator system allows all floors to be utilized and for units to be transported safely.

Delivery options are available for transport of equipment for all projects. This includes supplying our employees with the correct tools and also transporting material and installation for clientele. Our building is fitted with a loading bay for large deliveries and forklifts to manage heavier loads. We aim to treat all materials and tools with the utmost care.
