The ongoing 1590 project is a renovation of an entire city block’s retail and residential space. The building is situated in the Upper East Side by the renowned Central Park making it a high end residential space.  This vast space consists of four residential towers, two being twenty four stories and the remainders being ten. Beneath these pillars lies a bustling commercial space. This area consists of retail stores including pharmacies and supermarkets that encircle the 1590 block.

The project was completed in phases including upgrading the exterior façade to revitalization of Interior finishes starting with the lobbies and corridor areas.
